OVERVIEW

We specialise in end- to-end handling of diverse real estate matters such as acquisition and divestment of all types of immovable properties, development and redevelopment projects, joint ventures, project/construction finance, commercial and residential leases and licenses and tenancy matters. The team regularly advises on various property and real estate laws including RERA, land laws, stamp duty and registration processes etc.

The team also advises on testamentary, succession and trust laws. We are also equipped to advise on real estate related litigation & dispute resolution matters as well as on general corporate and commercial laws.
