He possesses significant expertise in documentation and structuring for fund-raising transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on public offerings (FPOs), qualified institutional placements (QIPs), rights issues, foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs), non-convertible debentures (NCDs), preferential issues, buy-backs, takeovers, debt issuances, delisting, and block/bulk deals, among others. He has advised on more than 40 capital market transactions and has worked with issuers, promoters, investment banks, and several marquee investors across sectors such as FMCG, financial services, gaming, healthcare, information technology, EPC, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, and telecom.

In addition to capital markets, Mohit also specializes in general corporate advisory and private equity, as well as providing advisory services with respect to the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, cross-border transactions and structuring.
