With a practice of more than with 17 years, Aswin has extensive experience representing clients on matters relating to civil, criminal and constitutional law. Aswin has represented clients in the Karnataka High Court, civil and criminal courts throughout the State of Karnataka and various statutory tribunals. Aswin specializes in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure, Government Contracts, Medical Malpractice and Consumer Disputes. He has worked with M/s. Holla & Holla, Patil & Nettar, one of Bangalore’s top litigation firms and had been running his own independent practice prior to joining Acuity Law. Besides litigation, Aswin also advises reputed non-governmental organizations and multi-national corporations on general commercial matters as well as white collar crime. Aswin serves on ethics committees of research institutions, such as Milann Fertility Center and the Institute of Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine and teaches law with Enhelion Knowledge Ventures.
