We are pleased to share that Acuity Law has advised Somerset Indus, a leading healthcare-focused private equity firm in India in its exit from Hexagon Nutrition Limited engaged in the nutraceutical sector.

Acuity Law advised on the share sale agreement and various legal issues connected with company law, foreign direct investment laws and tax laws.
