Deal Announcement: Acuity Law acted as legal advisor to KOSÉ Corporation

We are thrilled to announce that Acuity Law acted for KOSÉ Corporation, a Japanese multinational cosmetics and personal care company, in their investment in Foxtale Consumer Private Limited.  

Foxtale raised a total of USD 30mn (~INR 250cr). The present round was led by KOSÉ Corporation. The other investors in this round included the existing investors Kae Capital, Z47 (previously Matrix Partners India), and Panthera Growth Partners, a Singapore-based venture capital fund.
