Acquisition of Digital OnUs Inc. by Tech Mahindra Limited

Acuity Law acted as the India legal counsel to Digital OnUs Inc., in a transaction where Digital OnUs Inc. was acquired by Tech Mahindra Limited. Digital OnUS Inc. is a hybrid-cloud digital entity, which provides end-to-end transformation and new age capabilities including enterprise DevOps and cloud native development technologies.

The total deal value for the acquisition of Digital OnUs Inc. by Tech Mahindra Limited was approximately USD 120 million. Acuity Law provided assistance with respect to the India end of the acquisition, where Tech Mahindra Limited acquired Digitalops Technology Private Limited, the Indian subsidiary of Digital OnUs Inc.
