We are pleased to announce that Acuity Law advised [***IB Holdings Limited***](https://www.invoicebazaar.com/) (“**Invoice Bazaar**”) in the transaction in which Triterras Fintech Pte Limited (“**Triterras**”), a NASDAQ listed company, will acquire Invoice Bazaar.

Invoice Bazaar is a Dubai-based FinTech startup that has developed a proprietary technology platform for offering Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, and Dynamic Discounting.
