We are pleased to announce that Acuity Law advised BL Taparia Family Office (B2V Ventures) on its follow-on investment in Nexon Omniverse Limited as part of its Series D capital raise which together with secondary sale by some existing investors amounted to ~INR 2720 million (i.e., ~USD 30.06 million). Acuity Law’s role involved negotiating and finalising the transaction agreements on behalf of B2V Ventures.
