# Acuity Law acted for NABVENTURES, in the fund raise of Beyond Snack of $ 8.3 million

We are thrilled to announce that Acuity Law acted for **NABVENTURES Fund I,**a venture growth equity fund in their further funding in **Beyond Snack**raising a total of $ 8.3 million in a Series A round. The present round was led by 12 Flags Consumer Fund Holdings. Beyond Snack has previously raised funds from NABVENTURES Fund I, Japanese VC firm Enrission India Capital Inc. 100X VC, Faad Network and other notable angel investors.

Beyond Snack, a start-up launched in 2020, gained immense recognition after its appearance on Shark Tank India accelerating its growth and promising to give the humble banana chips a makeover. 

Our deal team comprised of our Partners, Souvik Ganguly and Haseena Tapia Shahpurwalla; and Associates – Hrithik Vyas and Urja Joshi.
